Bug fixes

• Fixed bug where you could delete a file type while it was open in the designer.
• Fixed bug where when editing columns, some of the fields for record information and company information were unavailable.
• Fixed bug where adding multiple documents to the document manager was causing an exception message.
• Fixed calculated field expression bug where wrong BMA is displayed.
• Report Builder locking bug should be fixed.
